Qublock’s Contribution to Petronas Gas Berhad

As a leading valve specialist, Qublock has successfully supplied a series of cryogenic ball valves for the Regasification Terminal 2 (RGT-2) Project. This project is operated by Petronas Gas Berhad, a subsidiary of Malaysia’s national oil company, Petronas. The RGT-2 project plays a crucial role in Malaysia’s energy development plan, ensuring a stable natural gas supply for:

• The Refinery and Petrochemical Integrated Development (RAPID)

• The Pengerang Co-generation Plant (PCP)

• The Peninsular Gas Utilization (PGU) Grid

The terminal has a capacity of 3.5 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) and is connected to the PGU network via the Pengerang Gas Pipeline (PGP) within the Pengerang Integrated Complex in Johor, Malaysia.
